No formal QA training. I test on instinct and learned the textbook terms later.
I stepped back from a PM role because I wasn't good at it. Ask me about QA, not project management.
Was in a BPO as Customer Support, Tech Support, Escalations, Mentor but was never promoted to SME or TL
